Hot off the press!! The new UK Cancer Genetics Group (UKCCG) guidance for Lynch syndrome patients has been released. The guidance is gene-specific per variation and includes advice about aspirin thanks to Bianca DeSousa, who is the lead consultant for Cancer Genetics at the North West Thames Regional Genetics Service, and the team.

How to use the new UK CGG guidance

There you'll find a handy one-page guide to the very latest Lynch syndrome management recommendations which you can discuss with your medical team.
What has changed?
The guidance has been updated to include the new dose recommendation for aspirin following the publication of the CaPP3 trial results. Please discuss aspirin with your GP, genetics service or specialist before starting or changing any medication, and use trusted decision aids to clarify what matters most to you.
